Law Decree 1.804/80 on imports CLEARLY states that every Brazilian has the right to import products up to $50USD without taxation. Most of our products are WELL BELOW this value, avoiding customs issues.
In some cases, "Fiscal Problems" status relates to ICMS Protocol 021/2011, requiring ICMS collection in destination state. Items are held at SEFAZ until bureaucratic processes complete. If your product is taxed, contact us for assistance to TRY minimizing tax charges.
If charges are unavoidable, final consumer is responsible for payment.
