Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers complete security regarding products purchased in our store. All our products have warranty against manufacturing defects. We also exchange products that arrived different from what the customer ordered.
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or different from what you ordered, follow these steps:
If more than 7 business days have passed and the product shows defects, contact us providing your Tax ID, order number, product to be returned, and the defect. Upon receiving your email, we'll send your request to our quality department for verification. Their authorization is required for any exchange. After analysis, we'll contact you with the assessment and whether exchange is needed.
The deadline to request an exchange is 90 days after receiving the product. Note: no exchanges or refunds after this period.
According to Consumer Protection Code, virtual purchase cancellation requests must be made within 7 business/calendar days after receipt date.
For credit card refunds, our finance department has 7 business days to process with the credit card operator, with final refund taking up to 120 days depending on your billing cycle.
If refund is necessary, it will be made to a bank account within 10 business days after quality analysis and only to an account with same Tax ID used on our site.
Products returned without prior communication, past deadline, missing/incorrect items, without tag or invoice will be returned to customers. Same applies to exchanges rejected after quality department analysis. They'll be returned via collect Sedex shipping, paid by customer.
